Mission: To reduce homelessness among the justice-involved population.
Vision: To become a supportive service partnership in which justice-involved individuals’ housing and transportation needs are fulfilled.
Plan:
- Identify barriers to housing justice-involved individuals, and recommend solutions to address and reduce those barriers.
- Identify gaps in available housing services for the justice-involved population, and recommend solutions to close those gaps.
- Identify funding and other resources to develop and maintain an online training for housing navigators and in custody discharge planners containing relevant and up-to-date information on how to best serve the housing and transportation needs of the justice-involved population.
Meeting day/time: The first Tuesday of the month at 11:00 a.m.
